Equipped with a smooth 5 millimeter stainless steel plate, it can reach a temperature of up to 350°C. Its two burners ensure an even distribution of heat over the entire surface, for perfect searing of food.
Thanks to the control knobs, you can adjust the temperature of the two cooking zones independently and to your liking. A removable grid can be installed on the plate to place your food to be cooked, or already cooked, keeping it warm.
The 47 x 36 cm cooking surface allows you to cook a meal for up to 6 people. The plancha offers a healthy cooking method suitable for all types of food: meat, fish, vegetables, etc.
