Running on propane or butane gas, this plancha is directly inspired by professional kitchens.

Equipped with an enamelled cast iron plate, it can reach a temperature of up to 350°C . Its three burners ensure an even distribution of heat over the entire surface, for perfect searing of food.

Thanks to the control knobs, you can adjust the temperature of the three cooking zones independently and to your liking. A removable grid can be installed on the plate to place your food to be cooked, or already cooked, keeping it warm.

The 63.5 x 36 cm cooking surface allows you to cook a meal for up to 8 people. The plancha offers a healthy cooking method suitable for all types of food: meat, fish, vegetables, etc.

Its stainless steel frame and the removable grease tray, compatible with the dishwasher, guarantee easy cleaning of the device.
