Equipped with an enamelled cast iron plate, it can reach a temperature of up to 350°C . Its four burners ensure even heat distribution over the entire surface, for perfect searing of food.

Thanks to the control knobs, you can adjust the temperature of the four cooking zones independently and to your liking. A removable grid can be installed on the plate to place your food to be cooked, or already cooked, keeping it warm.   

The cooking surface of 80 x 35 cm allows you to cook a meal for up to 10 people . The plancha offers a healthy cooking method suitable for all types of food: meat, fish, vegetables, etc. 

Its stainless steel frame and the removable grease tray, compatible with the dishwasher, guarantee easy cleaning of the device.
