The Stradivari Europiccola coffee machine differs in design, but has the same technical characteristics as the original La Pavoni Europiccola.
Made with very good quality materials such as stainless steel and brass , it is not susceptible to limescale, which limits maintenance needs.
The base of the Stradivari espresso machine is reminiscent of the body of the famous violin and the lever is the bow. The result: a high-performance, aesthetic and functional Italian lever machine.
Its original lever system controls the piston inside the group. By lifting it you can manage the pre-infusion. The coffee is then dispensed by lowering the lever. By measuring your action appropriately to achieve the right pressure, you will obtain a cup result worthy of the best Italian coffees.
This lever machine is equipped with a single one-cup filter and a single two-cup filter , for use with freshly ground coffee. For optimal results, you will need to combine the Stradivari Europiccola with a specialized espresso grinder.
