Grapeseed oil is perfect for light and healthy cooking. It constitutes an ideal base because its neutral taste allows to adapt the aromas perfectly. The grape seed oil is hand-pressed cold. The maceration of real Provencal black truffles in this oil gives it this exceptional flavor. The ripe and fragrant truffles are selected at the best time: between January and March.
A few drops are enough to sublimate your vinaigrettes. It can be used with an endive salad, with fresh pasta, on an omelette, with vegetable puree, with a salmon tartare or foie gras. Use this oil at the end of cooking so as not to reduce its aroma.
