6 bottles of Bleu Brut Besserat de Bellefon champagne of 75 cl .
This cuvée represents a unique and singular production process that has been carried on since 1930. In fact, Maison Besserat de Bellefon uses less deliqueur, which results in a lighter and more airy foam. Its foam is unctuous, creamy and persistent. Bleu Brut has the particularity of not having undergone malolactic fermentation.
The Cellar Master, Cédric Thiébault, produces Bleu Brut Besseratde Bellefon by historically sourcing from the best villages in Champagne.
